went to a summer festival in Azabu-juban last friday. thought of wearing yukata (summer kimono) but too hot, too humid, too many ppl, so forget it!
this is how crowded this festival is

met up with Ai around 6pm (Sayo and Miki wasn't feeling well so they couldn't make it), n head to da fiesta! lots of food stands, woohoo!
there's da takoyaki (octopus balls). mmmm....
fruits coated in candy (starch syrup)... mmm...
we saw some hula dance performance. at first da students performed, and in da end their teacher performed. she was very beautiful indeed...
hula dance is popular among women in japan these days. heard u lose weight. i wish i can move my waist like hers...
it's interesting coz when u look at her dancing, it makes u feel like ur in a tropical island
aloooohaaaaaaaa!
while we waited for Teppei to meet us, we watched da popular summer festival dance, called Bon Odori (or Bon Dance).
love da drum. it's so cool when woman plays da drum

we moved to da park area where multicultural food stands are. there was at least 20 different countries' food stand. whoa... where to start lol
i tried some Swedish meatballs. did u kno they have them with fruit jam? think it was strawberry jam that i had with.
u know what?
it wasn't bad as i expected. actually, not bad at all!
then i had this so-called "Naan Burger". basically tandori chicken-ish thing rapped in naan bread like buritos. not bad. very filling...
after a while, we had this sudden feeling of "oh-i-really-want-to-watch-a-movie-syndrome".
so... we moved to Roppongi Hills (which is just up da hill), n i finally watched....
TRANSFORMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

woot! woot!
OH MY GOD... this movie was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome!!!!!!
i love it. i just LOVE it.
cars changing in to robots, robots changing back to cars or whatever machine they wish to be.
i thought i was going to have a nose bleed. cool cool cool cool coooooool!!!

or as paris hilton would say "thats hot" times a million.
and da linkin park... gotta love that linkin park's song. aaaaaaaaaaaaa...
i want those robots. they were super cute indeed.
i remember watching da tv series when i was a little kid. never would have thought there would be a movie like this...
im definitely watching the 2nd one, if there is one, which im pretty sure there will be one.
true, some of da story plot was a bit... well, typical american-would-love-it plot but hey, gotta love that computer graphic.
who can possibly not like Bumblebee?
